My husband and I worked with Andrew on our recent home purchase. Having a local lender who could meet with us face to face and who could answer questions, even on weekends, was very helpful. Andrew helped us with a VA loan and all the rules that come with it. He was friendly and easy to talk to and helped our loan process go smoothly.

I never imagined being able to own my own home, but one day I made the leap and contacted Kim and she told me everything I needed to do to make my dream a reality. She was so helpful and quick to respond to every question and concern, and talked me through the entire process. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received from her and the entire OVM Financial team. I closed today on my first home, and I couldn't have done it without her.

Five plus stars to Bill Fisher! Bill was recommended by our Realtor and I can say that recommendation was well made! As a past Realtor with over 100 transactions I know the difference the Right Lender makes and Bill is one of the Best. He utilizes technology without losing that Personal Touch that makes a Buyer feel confident and comfortable. Our entire transaction was without a hitch and he was always there when needed. I had the opportunity to work with Bill when I was seeking financing options for my new home. I decided to go with OVM, since I had used them for a refinance a few years ago. That too was a great experience. I was located in a different city than Bill, but communicated frequently by phone, text, and email. Bill always made himself available even at night and on weekends to answer any questions I had. Bryan is really hands on and has a competent crew that works by his side to gets things. I thought about my bank for a loan but after sitting sitting at bank I realized how impersonal and methodically my application would be. Bryan add a personal touch and I felt he was really attuned to my needs.
