Ernie made the process go by quickly, and staff was always on hand to answer questions. We went from our first meeting to coming to an agreement with the seller in a matter of days. Just terrific to work with!
I am so pleased with Kim Evers and OVM. Everyone we spoke with either on the phone or in person was helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I had to bring our 6 month old on two occasions and they were so kind and understanding. I absolutely recommend working with Kim. She explained everything to us and answered all the many questions we had. Everyone in the office was professional and efficient.
Pattie did an outstanding job getting my loan pushed through so we could close on time even with several last minute curve balls thrown in. She kept me updated throughout the whole loan process and was available whenever I had a question. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage.
From beginning to end, Betty remained professional, optimistic, informative and knowledgeable throughout our entire home purchasing process as first-time home buyers. It’s been about a month or so since we’ve moved into our new home and she still checks in on us and makes sure all of our questions post purchase are answered. You won’t be disappointed :)

Kim is great. She laid out all my options and didn't make me feel like I had to rush to make a decision. I was purchasing a modest house and am a first-time buyer and Kim made me feel as important as a buyer making a huge purchase. She also responds to questions very quickly.
Ernie and his team were very good at timely responses to any questions I had throughout the process! They were very easy to work with and would work with them again!
