I had an ongoing issue with a blower that was installed in my gas fireplace. After several attempts to resolve the issue Mark ******************** got involved and was extremely understanding and worked with the service technician to fix the issue. ***, the service manager, was also very courteous through out the process which was complicated by ** being in ******* for several months. I am happy with the final outcome of this situation.
The work crew, ***** and ****, where very cordial and worked well together. I was very pleased with their work. Every thing seems to be working fine so thumbs up!
I have nothing but good words for P *************************** We became new customers this past March. In addition to the new service setup they also handled a thermostat swap and the installation of central ac in our new home. In all cases everything was clearly detailed prior to the work with no surprises or hidden costs upon completion. Been with Gagnon's for years and receive fast friendly service any time we need them.
Service is always great. Tech was on time and completed the annual tune up on our oil furnace without issue. During the cold season our furnace stopped working and they were available to get it back up and running quickly. Always easy to reach them and they get the job done.
P Gagnon is always prompt when I call for service and sometimes they don't need to come because they call and tell me how to restart the furnace. One demerit, though; whoever did the tune-up on my furnace this spring didn't put the cover back on!

Gagnon serviced our fireplace, flushed our tankless water heater and replaced an ignitor on our gas oven! Professional, courteous and kind - the technician was informative, communicative and well trained. He finished one project prior to moving onto another.
