I was a new customer this fall and had a few problems to begin with, but went up the office and spoke with the owner. **** . He listened to my problem, resolved it immediately. I moved to Eliot in **** and my fuel provider was ***** Oil. They were always very responsive and understanding of my ignorance re. the workings of my heating system. PGAGNON has continued that legacy, for which I am supremely grateful. Thank you to all the service people who have come over the many years I have been a resident....and especially to the most recent folks who have kept my gas fireplaces clean and functional and help me maintain my furnace and hot water. You're the best!
I do not need service very often but when I do *** the service manager and his team are the best!We had our Rinnai hot water heater go down one evening. I know that *** starts work early in the am so I emailed him that evening of our problem. I know that he has several techs that live in our North Berwick area so I told him an early morning visit from a tech was fine. He called me the next morning and we had a tech at our door at 6:45 am.Hows that for service!!!! Well done in my book........
Needed an extension to the exhaust on the propane gas regulator. P. Gagnon guys got the job done quickly, and it looks way better than I thought it would. Thanks guys.
