My annual service to my furnace was great! ***** was professional, polite and he answered my questions. I was low on oil and when I called and explained what happened, P. Gagnon scheduled a delivery for me within a few days after my phone call. Everyone I have spoken to over the phone in their office is so pleasant and absolutely wonderful to help their customers as efficiently as they are able. Every team member works beyond what youd expect.. Weve been customers and fans of P. Gagnon for more than 15 years. Today they attained super-hero status! I appreciate that a/c is a First World problem but when youre in your 80s and the temps are in the 90s, it becomes more than a luxury. I called late yesterday afternoon when it died. They were here at 7 a.m. this morning and brought it to life. Best. Service. Ever!
