I am completely happy with this facility. It is clean and well run. Although, my mom is very disappointed with the food lately. It was good at the beginning, but for a while now - they must've gotten new cooks - she says it comes out cold and tasteless and she's rarely happy with it. The staff is kind, helpful and friendly. The food, the courtesy and everything was excellent, above and beyond. I enjoy my association with the people and staff. I would recommend this place to anyone. I can't stay away since my sister has been here.

I have been here 10 years. All staff are wonderful. Everything is always neat and clean. Residents are very sweet! Lots of fun activities.

Our tour at Pacifica Chino Hills was okay. The facility was fine. The biggest factor for us was location, and it was just a little bit farther out than we preferred.

We came to the facility for a tour for our mother. Administration was very knowledgeable and the living facility was very clean and nice. Based on the tour we made a deposit for a room.
I love this place. My mom is not too thrilled with it. She is not comfortable and does not know people. Her mind will not allow her to be comfortable. I know she is cared for well and I love coming & having dinner with her.
