My experience with PSL, has been extremely positive. They were supportive of residents and family thourough, and on top of things. Phone calls are responded and communication is great.

My loved one said the experience was ok. He said that since he tries to eat kosher style he felt that there was no alternative if he could not eat the meal . He said they might have made an alternative but he did not know before the meal.

After my mom was evacuated to another facility temporarily, sales at Pacifica stepped up and arranged for her to live there, since she could not go back to her original facility. Sales staff at Pacifica went above and beyond to mover her, make sure she got comfortable, and took care of all necessary paperwork etc, quickly.
