I was in need of repsite care for my mother, [name removed], short term. I inquired online and [name removed] immediately reached out. The process was so thorough and easy to complete and everyone was so friendly and eager to help. Mom had a great week! She made a lot of new friends! The staff kept me updated and sent photos/videos. I would recommend Pacifica to anyone and tell them to relax - the staff will be there for you!

the knowledgeable, caring staff was extremely professional in drawing us to this memory care facility, and has not disappointed us in three weeks that mom and dad have been with them. Pacifica's attention to their care, has made us more at ease in our decision to place both of them in a memory care facility.

It's a very friendly, very nice well-kept facility. But as with any elderly care facility, just stay on top of your loved ones' care. The staff has not been immediate to respond when you have inquiries. But it's not like it takes weeks - they usually get back to you in about a day or so. I understand they have a lot of people in the facility to care for, but when it's your family member, you just want the quickest possible response. I like that there are a lot of activities. Overall, the staff is very friendly. They struggle with getting their billing correct. I've had multiple issues with trying to get the billing fixed and solidified. Overall, when it came to the care of my loved one, they identified key areas they were going to focus on and took the initiative to correct those things. With the condition that he was in coming into their facility, they had some obstacles to overcome. But they did the best they could in overcoming those obstacles.
