It's a very friendly, very nice well-kept facility. But as with any elderly care facility, just stay on top of your loved ones' care. The staff has not been immediate to respond when you have inquiries. But it's not like it takes weeks - they usually get back to you in about a day or so. I understand they have a lot of people in the facility to care for, but when it's your family member, you just want the quickest possible response. I like that there are a lot of activities. Overall, the staff is very friendly. They struggle with getting their billing correct. I've had multiple issues with trying to get the billing fixed and solidified. Overall, when it came to the care of my loved one, they identified key areas they were going to focus on and took the initiative to correct those things. With the condition that he was in coming into their facility, they had some obstacles to overcome. But they did the best they could in overcoming those obstacles. We have had a very good experience with Pacifica. It is a smaller facility which he likes and it has a great atmosphere with a beautiful courtyard. His care has been great and the staff are always on top of things. They have been great with communication but sometimes there is a language barrier with a few of the nurses. I highly recommend them to others looking,

This community is organized so that like residents are together in houses. The activities director, [name removed] is outstanding. Her enthusiasm is infectious. The residents are happy and busy. Great place for memory care. The dentist even comes to Pacifica and hairdressers.
