The staff are constantly changing, we are not sure exactly what the problem is but some of the office staff has left and the head of maintenance has left. However based on our experience we would still recommend this community to others. We visited several other communities and right away we liked Pacifica because they have cottages where they have only 16 per cottage. I have visited here several times from Indiana. By far this facility is nicer and has a higher quality staff than other facilities we have visited. The staff really cares about all residents and makes the facility a home-like environment.
