Dealing with management and moving in was perfect. Very friendly and accommodating. The facility is always clean. The staff is above and beyond friendly and helpful. The Quality of care is excellent. The food needs change for improved health, it may seem tasty. I like that they give small portions and don't over feed, but the diet is high carb low protein/ inexpensive. The residents need salad, clean protein and fresh vegetables. Canned veggies, sandwiches hotdogs and sugar drinks are not healthy. They need fresh crisp salad... read more

The team at Pacifica Green Valley put on a beautiful pre-Thanksgiving lunch for families and their loved ones. The food was amazing and yummy! Great ambiance. Super fun! And then happy hour was the icing on the cake!

The meals and activities prevented the overall score from being a 5. For activities they need to have more than just bingo and daily stretches. With the care they could have prompt response to request for assistance - that can be prolonged. Value for cost could be a 4.5 - for the accommodations and services provided, for that there is great value.

I toured this community and didn't really care for it. It's an older facility and smelled very strongly of air freshener. We didn't care for the set up, small dining area, or shared bathrooms. It's a more restrictive area than we were looking for.

The food is very good, and my oved one is happy with the food choices. There is not too many actvities for dementia patients. The offer very good care for the value of cost. My loved one gets, good attention from the nurse. They have a very small group of patients/residents, in which they are very attentive. I feel safe , and it's a secur setting. It's really a great place for dementia patients. Overall, it is very nice, a great place, and my loved one is well fed.

This community was my second choice for my loved one. I wanted a community that was smaller and not to overwhelming for my loved one. the tour was very good and they gave me all of the information that I needed. It was just not the environment in the end that I was looking for for my loved one.

We chose Pacifica Senior Living Green Valley because I like the cottage arrangement, there are 12 residents per cottage and 2 caregivers that are on duty at all times. They do also allow smoking here which was something that was important for my mom. I really like her room and the people that I have met as well. They do offer assisted living, transitional memory care, and memory care. She really enjoys it here and I think it has been a good fit for her in the transitional memory care. We chose Pacifica Senior Living because the living concept was different. They have cottages that residents live in for memory care rather than just a hallway which we liked. Overall I would recommend this facility to others looking.

I thought they were from what I saw I would recommend the community. The staff are accommodating. My loved one was safe and they made sure the residents didn't leave the community. I was only able to go to my loved one's room due to the pandemic protocols.
