It's a great place! I'm very happy with it! The director has great leadership skills. The staff like working for her so the retention rate for their caregivers is very high. They are great at meeting the different needs of residents. I feel very good about my mother living there.

Pacifica was not my 1st or 2nd choice when shopping for Memory care for my Mother. The food is bad, she fell at least 3 times with no explanation or incident reports recorded. The Executive Director was difficult to work with or even talk to, she never had the time to talk. There are a handful of the care staff that was great, the others didn't want to be there or couldn't be bothered with the residents. Pacifica has a homey feel with staff that are competent and caring. It is appropriately staffes and has an inviting, clean, and well maintained atmosphere. Communication between me and the staff is well above what I was expecting. it is a gem.
