Went to tour Pacifica senior living in Union City with my sister and we were both very happy with this memory care facility. [Name removed] and all the staff we met were very friendly and caring. Very clean place and all of the residents seem to be very happy, and the food looked and smelled delicious. We have decided to move our mother in to Pacifica Senior Living.

My mother loves living in this community. The residents and staff are friendly, the food choices are wonderful and the food tastes great. She is given her meds regularly and checked on throughout the day. She loves her apartment and her caregivers. We are so happy to have this facility for her.

I have lived in this community for 8 1/1 years and have always found the staff directions and service employees well qualified and extremely friendly. The activity's offered are many. The food is extremely good. My intentions are to stay here as long as they will have me.

My mom has lived here for 2 years and I feel very at ease with entrusting the staff to take care of her daily. The care staff have been very attentive to my mom's needs. My mom can be very demanding at times and the staff still assists with a smile. Thanks for all that you guys do during this difficult phase.

Had problems with some of the morning staff...afternoon staff ([name removed]?) outstanding. No crazy about dinners, breakfast and lunch fine.
