I have been a member of Pacifica Senior living Union City for only a short time. The good people of my new surroundings have made my stay enjoyable one thus far and I am looking forward to a long relationship with all my fellow members and staff here at Pacifica. staff are so wonderful, food is great community is so clean. They seem to provide good care and activities. The staff are very friendly. My friend is in a studio in the memory care unit, and he has his own private bathroom. It's a very nice little unit. I would try to avoid the food though. He tells me he hates the food. It's never warm, and it's almost always processed diced chicken, sometimes with rice, sometimes with what they call a salad, which is iceberg lettuce, a couple of pieces of tomato, and no dressing. I have been very satisfied with Pacifica. I would tell people to try to get a room away from the street side due to some noise. I would recommend this community to others based on our experience.

It is memory care so the residents get confused about where their rooms and bathrooms are so they go into others rooms and use the bathroom. My mom has a lot in her room that doesn't belong to her and she has lost some personal items and they cannot find them. It seems they are not organized. I would possibly recommend to others looking.
