They seem to provide good care and activities. The staff are very friendly. My friend is in a studio in the memory care unit, and he has his own private bathroom. It's a very nice little unit. I would try to avoid the food though. He tells me he hates the food. It's never warm, and it's almost always processed diced chicken, sometimes with rice, sometimes with what they call a salad, which is iceberg lettuce, a couple of pieces of tomato, and no dressing. I have been very satisfied with Pacifica. I would tell people to try to get a room away from the street side due to some noise. I would recommend this community to others based on our experience.

It is memory care so the residents get confused about where their rooms and bathrooms are so they go into others rooms and use the bathroom. My mom has a lot in her room that doesn't belong to her and she has lost some personal items and they cannot find them. It seems they are not organized. I would possibly recommend to others looking.

From my experience, people are very friendly, and they seem to be doing a very good job. It's a good place to take your loved one to get the best possible care. Externally the property looks good, but I couldn't tell you about the inside since we're not allowed inside for visits right now. Again, the staff I've interacted with are excellent, very friendly, very kind, and very easy to talk to. They answer any questions you have. I can't complain, we're getting good service at Pacifica.

How are you? What a fantastic surprise!! Thank you so much for [name removed] bday pictures!!. I did ask [name removed] to send me some photos if he was allowed to see her. [name removed] told me he will try but that they are being shielded and no one is allowed to visit the residents. I wanted to ask you but didn't get round to do that. This is a really nice community, the dining room and apartments really stood out to us. Our loved one is in the memory care unit, which is still super good. Our loved ones room is okay, it is a little on the small side. During the pandemic they have done a really good job with the residents. When our loved one first moved in, we set him up, but some of his items like the TV remote, clothes and bedding would go missing. We were very happy with the staff. They were both friendly and accommodating Their administrative side was pretty disorganized. but the facilities side , amenities, apartments were all very good. I would recommend this community to other families. We chose this community because it was in an excellent location.

The Activity Director, she set up a video call with our family member. All of us were so happy to see our mom (or grandmom) she did a wonderful job!
