This has been a great place for our mom. She enjoys her independence and the opportunities to socialize with other residents and staff. There is a very caring, loving staff here. They provide fun activities for the residents - even creative, safe ones during Covid (example: drive-by Valentines Day, etc.).

I am staying her at respite. I find this is a beautiful place. all the staff is very friendly and very caring. food is great. overall is very nice place to live

I came her as respite after my foot surgery. Staff is very caring, Food is great. Community is very beautiful. I am recommending to my friends already.

I am thankful for the lessons and experiences I am gaining from Pacifica Union City. Everyday is a different day. I enjoy the challenges and look forward to gaining more knowledge. My parents moved into Pacifica Senior Living at Union City 8/2020. My mother had Alzheimer's and passed away 11/2020, and my dad has vascular dementia and continues to live there. We chose this facility because the environment was much nicer than other places - patients have their own bedrooms and only need to share a bathroom with one other same-sex resident. We moved my father into this facility and the staff were very welcoming and caring from day 1. The maintenance team was able to get the room ready quickly and went above and beyond by assisting with my fathers furniture, which they didn't need to help with. The team fostered my dad as he came in not really wanting to change his ways, but after a short while hew as engaging with staff and other residents and having a great time socializing.
