We moved my father into this facility and the staff were very welcoming and caring from day 1. The maintenance team was able to get the room ready quickly and went above and beyond by assisting with my fathers furniture, which they didn't need to help with. The team fostered my dad as he came in not really wanting to change his ways, but after a short while hew as engaging with staff and other residents and having a great time socializing. I have been a member of Pacifica Senior living Union City for only a short time.
