Since using the services offered by Palisades, I was at one time very satisfied. Communication was prompt and any issue was resolved to all parties' satisfaction. Something has drastically changed! Agents tell me contradicting information. They told me they had an offer but I needed to respond quickly, I said yes I accept and will send the additional funds they need. Two weeks later, several emails with no response and 'callbacks' where they hang up on the first ring, I finally get an agent to answer and they say there is no offer.
