Going into this process I was a little nervous but at the time I didnt know which direction to take with my debt. I walked thru this debt settlement process and I am so glad I did. They help my hand every step of the way. I have officially had all 6 of my accounts settled in full and I am not seeing the process come full circle and I am so glad I jumped in and made the decision. back in February I was contacted by **************** stating that they could assist me with debt consultation loan . I gave them a list of debt that I had and they informed me if accepted to stop paying all my debt that I wanted to add to the consolidation. Now it is July and I am in more financial ruins. Had the worst experience with this company, after paying them for over 9 months they have one settlement with 1 card that was only $900. I have paid them over $5,000 and when I called to cancel the service they refused to refund me the rest of my money saying they pretty much paid themselves $4000 before even paying the rest of my cards !! Currently seeking legal assistance!

I was not satified with service this company offer upon canceling their program I loss after 5months only one settlement was obtain and I was paying ******.they add on fees so that only ****** was refunded to me. Should be zero stars. Illegal. Paying themselves 27.5% of larger fee to do something that takes less than 5 minutes. I have paid over 6000 dollars and they negotiated only 1 card for me. I withdrew from the program and they refuse to refund me the fees they already took for cards that they have not paid. Disgusting. Literally scamming the people who need their money the most. Absolute scam. I signed on with them only after I was GUARANTEED to qualify for a debt consolidation loan (called Fresh Start loan) after 6 months of consecutive, on-time monthly payments. The loan would have paid for my settled debts up front, once negotiated, and then I would pay them back the same monthly amount (but with a credit score that would improve much more quickly because my accounts would no longer be listed as delinquent).
