Very pleasant experience. My grandchildren had a wonderful experience and loved the reptile exhibits. The food was reasonable priced. The weather wasn't too hot but we went in April.
We enjoyed walking around this zoo. We've been here many times in the past. It seems that some of the displays were missing animals and some of the enclosures did not look as fresh as they had in the past. I'm a little confused about the upkeep on the property but maybe this is a post-Covid staffing issue. My daughter loved the carousel and the natural playground. Wish we had brought a swimsuit. The splash pad is awesome! Bonus that you can use Apple Pay at the little food vendors for pretzels, etc.
Enjoyed my time here at the zoo. Only thing was I went at the start of spring break so there was a lot of kids. But I didn't mind I had fun. I like the layout of the zoo and the fountain at the entrance. There were lots of kids having fun in the water.
I really like this zoo. It's a small, less expensive option than Miami Metro Zoo. I wish there were a bit more variety of animals to see, but my kids always enjoy coming here. It's an easy, walkable activity and devoting a half day to visit is plenty of time. The zoo runs in a big circle so it makes it easy to see everything without doubling around. This zoo has a very nice flow and great variety of animals. Lots of shade for the sunny Florida weather.
I was looking for something to do over the weekend and being out of town I found this through Google. Great zoo! It really surprised me when I walked how nice it was. This is a gem that I will definitely come back to. The restaurant inside has great food, I tried the double Cheeseburger. They also honor veterans and active military with FREE admission.
Pros: the zoo is very well maintained, nice paths, clean restrooms. Cons: small zoo, you can walk the entire thing in 2 hours. Great for a short visit.
Pleasantly surprised how big this place was filled with all different animals. Flamingos were gorgeous and probably my favorite part. Prices were perfect and it was a great day out.
I really love the Palm Beach zoo. I actually took my maternity photos there and I would highly recommend this if someone is looking for a cool spot. The carousel makes phenomenal photos. The zoo is typically pretty empty during the morning on a week day! The one thing I would say is I wish the attractions were free. Other zoos have free attraction so it's kind of a bummer that you have to pay for the carousel or the little train at the zoo. I do feel that the zoo is very clean, i very spread out and it has a great variety of... read more
