I have a 2 year old daughter and we both LOVE going to the zoo. We have a membership and it was 100% worth the investment. She loves seeing all the animals and loves playing in the water fountains on the hot days.
What an awesome little zoo. We live exactly between Palm Beach and Miami. Of course Miami metro zoo is the largest Scott Palm Beach is so personal and you can get through it and about half a day and you have the whole day to do other things. We went there for a birthday and or actually able to afford a few animal encounters. that completely made the birthday something special and never-to-be-forgotten. Miami metro zoo is way overpriced on their animal encounters. I highly recommend Palm Beach zoo. We visited often.
This zoo is beautiful and a ton of fun. My husband fed the birds and they all sat on him which was awesome and funny to see. They give military discount which is a huge plus for us. It's shaded in many spots which helps a ton when it's hot and a splash pad to quickly stick your feet in if you're wearing saddles to cool off! It has so many animals that I personally haven't seen in many other zoos. I love the birds and iguanas that just run around too. It's a neat experience and I can't wait to go back!
What a cute, shady zoo this is. It's a great place for a family time. The shades of the trees is so very welcome. They have sitting sections all over the park. I think I come here every year. The exhibits are small and close together. Its easier to see the animals. This is a mostly birds parks. There are lots of them and an iguana in most of the exebitions lol. They do have tigers, bears, turtles, alligators, diferent kinds of monkeys and other animals. The otter where my favorites. They where adorable. I remembere... read more
The cost of this zoo is astronomical! Of course it's beautiful and the water play area for the kids is nice, but it doesn't compare to some of the larger zoos that cost the same. Recently, I went for the Roar and Pour event and we spent more time in line to order drinks than checking out the animals. I was surprised that there weren't more bars set up around the zoo.
Went to Roar and Pour last night. The zoo is beautiful, the Queen tribute band was enjoyable, but the whole beer thing was very unorganized. Waited in line for about 30 minutes, tap wasn't up yet, so settled for a Bud Light. The line length never went down. Seemed like they should have had a couple more beer tents with working taps.....it was pretty crowded, the zoo would have made a bundle.
Love love love coming here! This zoo is always offering fun family things to do! It's also the perfect size to "do" in a day and has tons of shade. The carousel and train are a little pricy in my opinion but the kids love it! The newer play area is a great addition. Perfect for the kids to get rid of a little energy. The water area in the front is great. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. The shows are adorable. The restaurant is great but can get busy, service is good as is the food! The concession area c... read more
Had to hit up a controversial Zoo of course. Lions, Tigers, Oh my! This Zoo is legit, probably one of the only Zoo's I've been to that looked like the Zoo was their before the humans. It's totally built into the environment like I've never seen before. It was cut out of the swamp and it shows with the amazing detail, bridges, gators, etc this is one dope zoo. Be sure to check it out if you have time, totally rad. Didn't try any of the food so not sure on gluten free status, but it's well laid out and easy to get to.
Celebrated our nephews birthday in his favorite place. We had a family medical emergency the staff there quickly sent help. They knew how upset the little ones were and they gave the kids a special viewing of a tigger feeding. Thank you for the special attention it was greatly appreciated. We can't wait to go back.
