My second visit to this zoo..but first in many years. I went with a small group and i was a bit disappointed there were no strict mask requirements except in certain areas. It was very crowded and i needed to wait my turn to get near some of the animal areas as many were crowded without masks. The zoo itself was lovely. Im not a big fan if caged animals however, these were mainly rescues from what i could read. Most had spacious area to roam but it is a small intimate zoo. The landscape is very nice. Some areas are quite w... read more
Doing a good job struggling through the Covid regulations while trying to keep customers satisfied. Park was clean, easy to guide yourself. Can spend all day but you can see everything at a leisurely pace in about three hours. I imagine it's longer with children.
Great place for kids ! Not to large of a zoo and some of the animals were missing due to COVID
It was a lovely warm afternoon. Walking out side most people and children tried to social distance I wish more people tried to wear masks Animals are very interesting Surroundings are also lovely to look out
Great zoo with lots of character and charm. Would highly recommend adding this stop to your vacation plans.
This was my first visit to the Palm Beach Zoo. First of all I would like to say thanks for the free parking. To many events have paid parking that really doesn't have to be. After playing and entering I picked up a map from the front entrance and started to walk around. As I wandered around I was concerned that I was going to get list but the zoo had a continuous flow that led you from one area into the next area. That's always a big plus when you are venturing into an unknown area for the first time. When you walk around yo... read more
If your looking for a zoo that is not too overwhelming and just the right size for little children this is definitely the place to go. I enjoyed seeing the animals most of which were native to Florida. The zoo has a great flow so you can't get lost and you easily go from one area to another with out wondering to yourself if you've already completed that area. There is limited locations and choices of food to eat. Which is understandable because it's not that big you can eat before or after you get there. I was a little disap... read more
Beautiful Zoo, it feels like were in the tropics, with animals and beautiful fruit trees around us. Wish the animals were a little perkier there was a lot of sleeping. No sign of the Bears we were told that they were eating. We did see a lot of birds, exotic animals and those native to Florida. We had to watch our step there were lots of enormous iguanas along our path. It's a cool & comfortable afternoon & very quiet. The zoo itself was pretty dead, I think with the coronavirus, there were lots of spots to wash our hands.... read more
Have been coming here since I was a kid. The animals are well cared for and awesome to see. My 4 year old son loves visiting as much as I do. His favorite animal is Mardi the White Alligator. We visit as often as we can.
