Nice property The property is very nice. Well equipped and clean. Tucked back farther than I would have liked but overall nice. The pool was nice and very close.
Sub Par Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dog hair, EVERYWHERE. Wore a black shirt to bed and woke up covered in dog hair. Dog hair all over the furniture/bed/floors/night stands. Some silverware and cooking ware was not clean and had crusted food still on it. We love palmetto dunes Everything was great as usual...the condo was as described...
Pool is literally 10 steps from the back patio! Great property, wonderful location in Palmetto Dunes. The kids shared the upstairs with their own bathroom, small hangout space and a balcony. The best part is the pool is immediately out the back door and patio area. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and nicely laid out. 5 stars!!
We love the villa! My husband and I plus our sons and daughter in laws and 3 grandchildren had so much fun. The villa location was perfect. It was our 1st family vacation with our grandchildren. It was very comfortable and we all enjoyed the pool as well

Beautiful house and great location to beach This was a wonderful home. The house was laid out perfectly and the decor was spot on for a beach vacation home. Roku made it so easy to put on shows at night. The beach was a 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride. I wish we could have used the pool more but coming out in May the water was still pretty chilly. We had never been to Hilton Head before and this exceeded our expectations. Only cons were we were not able to keep our sandy beach items in a garage and the back door to the screen... read more
