Great location, needs updates Pool was nice but bugs and leaves are a minor issue. Needs a serious update…paint, better lighting in the rooms, maybe new ceiling fans with lights, better furniture. The furniture in the family room is not the same I’m the picture. It is just a bunch of oversized seats pushed together so lying on it is a bit of a challenge, a few sofas would be much better. Couldn't have been better Perfect location, great size, the 2 living areas nade it perfect for kids and adults. Easy short walk to beach and use of beach chairs was great not having to pack that extra stuff. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Great Villa! We have an extend family of 7 that includes an infant. This villa is in a great location with plenty of space! Just a few steps out the back door to the pool and a 7 minute walk from the front door to the beach access. The third small room upstairs contains a day bed and is an excellent spot for a 2 year old. Outside closet is filled with everything you need for the beach. Very convenient to all 3 Palmetto Dunes golf courses.
Family Beach Trip This house was perfect for our trip! It had just enough space for everyone. The extra little room with the twin bed was perfect for my son who was the only boy. The girls shared the double room and both sets of adults had a master. The home was very clean. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. The location to the pool was perfect.
