Wonderful home at 2 Down Wind Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. Love Palmetto Dunes Really liked the place, very clean, nicely decorated. We enjoyed the back porch, we always had a nice breeze. The only thing that should be taken care of is the the back porch furniture needs replaced. We kept getting paint chips on us and a friend cut his leg on one of the chairs.
Great place to stay We had a total of 8 people and plenty of room. Pool is just next to us and 53 Fazio met all our needs.
Perfect Family Oasis We enjoyed a wonderful week at 1 Upwind thanks to the meticulous care and preparation of our VRBO homeowners, the Moser Family. Their home is absolutely beautiful and the setting on a quiet road with a lagoon in the backyard gave our family both fun and relaxation in a private setting with all the fun of Hilton Head Island just a few blocks or a few miles away. We would highly recommend staying at 1 Upwind.
Nice property The property is very nice. Well equipped and clean. Tucked back farther than I would have liked but overall nice. The pool was nice and very close.

We love palmetto dunes Everything was great as usual...the condo was as described...
Pool is literally 10 steps from the back patio! Great property, wonderful location in Palmetto Dunes. The kids shared the upstairs with their own bathroom, small hangout space and a balcony. The best part is the pool is immediately out the back door and patio area. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and nicely laid out. 5 stars!!
We love the villa! My husband and I plus our sons and daughter in laws and 3 grandchildren had so much fun. The villa location was perfect. It was our 1st family vacation with our grandchildren. It was very comfortable and we all enjoyed the pool as well
