Great Villa! We have an extend family of 7 that includes an infant. This villa is in a great location with plenty of space! Just a few steps out the back door to the pool and a 7 minute walk from the front door to the beach access. The third small room upstairs contains a day bed and is an excellent spot for a 2 year old. Outside closet is filled with everything you need for the beach. Very convenient to all 3 Palmetto Dunes golf courses.

Annual Family vacation This is the third year we stayed at 4 High Rigger with our children and grandchildren! It’s the perfect house and location for 14 of us! We love the location and proximity to the beach. The house layout fits our family needs. Communication with the owner was top notch. Thanks again!
Lovely & very comfortable! Very accommodating owner! New king bed installed during our April 2021 visit. Kitchen has updated appliances and a comfortable seating area. Full size dining room as well. Powder room was large and spacious and a great feature. St Andrews Commons is a calm and quiet area, with lush foliage and a delightful, secluded outdoor garden/seating area at the villa. One tub in bedroom stopper didn’t work and tub didn’t drain in other. Dishwasher rack kept falling off track when you tried to pull it out.
