Recent Stay Overall the place was really nice. A little dated in the kitchen and bathrooms, but clean and comfortable.
Great location Property is in a great location. Just next door to the Dunes Beach Club. Beach access on the walkway beside Dunes Beach Club. Showers located on that walkway. Nice clean pool. Only negative that I can report is that the kitchen/refrigerator is on the second level.
Great House Bill the owner was terrific; very helpful and great communications. We had seven adults and were very comfortable. The house is well-stocked (esp. the kitchen) and Bill and his wife have provided helpful labels and guides throughout the house (example, how to operate the hot tub and gas grill). About 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach depending on your speed and load. Palmetto Dunes is beautiful and great location on HHI. We hope to return in the future.

Top Notch Spot ! What a fantastic house! We had 3 families this year as part of our family vacation and this house was perfect! Great location, fantastic landscaping and the right size for 7 adults, 2 kids and a baby. We all had privacy when we wanted it and the common areas held all of us without feeling cramped. Great location with all the amenities! Beautiful condo on the beach. Had everything we needed.
Great location but... The location of this unit is perfect with the pool and beach both close by. When our travel plans were delayed the resort got in touch with us before I could reach them to make arrangements for us to get our keys and check-in materials, which I really appreciated. We also enjoyed a Pickle Ball clinic during our stay in Palmetto Dunes. However, we found this unit in need of some serious TLC.
