Wow! Excellent Mini vacation This house is amazing. We had a mini vacation with 2 other couples and had tons of fun in Palmetto Dunes. The house is very clean and furnished beautifully. The kitchen had every tool, plate and pan we needed. We loved the out door spa and pool. Bill, our host planned for visitors with notes and pictures that made our stay very enjoyable without the need to call for anything. Inaccurate description We chose this rental because we we were coming for spring break and wanted a hot tub if the weather was too cold for the beach. It should plainly state that the hot tub cannot be heated in the description. The tub is heated from the air. I’m not sure why anyone would design a hot tub this way but essentially it’s useless. My kids were disappointed especially when they could hear neighbors splashing around in their pools and hot tubs in 60 degree weather because their spas could be heated.

Dear Sapna, Thank you for staying with us during your Spring Break trip. The hot tub is not heated by the air, there is a heat pump. As the pool company explained on both trips to the house, the air temperature may affect the temperature and the length of time it takes for the hot tub to reach the desired temperature. The tech checked the temperature of the hot tub on both visits and the hot tub did reach 102 degrees as designed. Great property - great owner Owner was super detail oriented in both communications and onsite, they literally had everything labeled and documented, it was super easy to gain entry and utilize everything at the property. We had a group of guys on a golf trip and every course was within 5 miles. Hot tub and pool were great, bonus Pool Room was cool. Everything was great and highly recommend.
