I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time on Hilton. Head island. The place is beautiful. We had a large group staying throughout palmetto dunes and there was always something to do, between bike riding, tennis, pickleball, or the beach.

House beautiful but not very clean The house is beautiful but the bathrooms and furniture were dirty. We asked several times to have the pool heated, which was advertised in the listing but it became a big deal because it was seasonal. Seasonal means something different to each region. The pool heater was shut off after a week, which in turn shut off the filter and the pool ended up being gross. They did construction across the street and next door. Wow! Excellent Mini vacation This house is amazing. We had a mini vacation with 2 other couples and had tons of fun in Palmetto Dunes. The house is very clean and furnished beautifully. The kitchen had every tool, plate and pan we needed. We loved the out door spa and pool. Bill, our host planned for visitors with notes and pictures that made our stay very enjoyable without the need to call for anything. Inaccurate description We chose this rental because we we were coming for spring break and wanted a hot tub if the weather was too cold for the beach. It should plainly state that the hot tub cannot be heated in the description. The tub is heated from the air. I’m not sure why anyone would design a hot tub this way but essentially it’s useless. My kids were disappointed especially when they could hear neighbors splashing around in their pools and hot tubs in 60 degree weather because their spas could be heated.

Dear Sapna, Thank you for staying with us during your Spring Break trip. The hot tub is not heated by the air, there is a heat pump. As the pool company explained on both trips to the house, the air temperature may affect the temperature and the length of time it takes for the hot tub to reach the desired temperature. The tech checked the temperature of the hot tub on both visits and the hot tub did reach 102 degrees as designed.
