Lovely & very comfortable! Very accommodating owner! New king bed installed during our April 2021 visit. Kitchen has updated appliances and a comfortable seating area. Full size dining room as well. Powder room was large and spacious and a great feature. St Andrews Commons is a calm and quiet area, with lush foliage and a delightful, secluded outdoor garden/seating area at the villa. Unfortunately, we do not have a record of your call, or we certainly would have addressed these issues for you. I have instructed maintenance to look into all of the issues you have reported here. The balcony has pine sap, not bird poop. Which is a by product of the pine trees and shade, we cannot keep up with it, try as we do!
