First class We had a wonderful holiday at this beautifully decorated and spacious home. This home has everything you could want for a great family vacation. It is close to shopping , the beach, and lots of places to eat. I would recommend it to one or more families. Thanks to the Mosers for easy directions and being so helpful.

AMAZING! Our family of four stayed at Bill and Susan's 1 Upwind home and absolutely loved it! The home is so spacious and bright. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very roomy and master BR has a magnificent view. The kitchen is very well stocked and organized. Our family loved playing pool and watching the baseball playoffs at the same time on the large TV in the game room. The outside landscape created a very private feel, which was nice while we were using the hot tub and sitting around the gas fire pit. We would highly recom... read more

Beautiful Home with Amazing View! My husband and I had a relaxing visit at 1 Up Wind. It didn’t take us very long to feel at home. We enjoyed sitting outside and looking at the beautiful lake and discovering the wildlife living around the lake. The home is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The short drive or relaxing walk to the beach was very nice. Some of our favorite restaurants we discovered during our visit to Hilton Head were the Sea Shack, Hudson’s and the Boathouse. We can’t wait to go back to 1 Up Wind!

Summer 2013 Vacation My husband and 25 year old son spent a few weeks at 1 Up Wind. We loved it! Bill and Susan couldn't have been more accommodating and available to us...The home is sun filled and comfortable. Plenty of room for multiple families. The kitchen was so well stocked - we wanted for nothing...We would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Captains Walk 477 We loved our week at Captains Walk in Palmetto Dunes. Beautifully updated and very comfortable condo! Comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family of 4. Great location only steps from the beach. So much to do in Palmetto Dunes and Hilton Head. Highly recommend!

Wonderful ocean view, location, and condo amenities This may be the best vacation rental I have enjoyed. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. It has wonderful ocean views from the living room and owner's suite. My 55 year old sister who decided to join us for a few days at the last minute took over the children''s nook, which gave her a private sleeping area. My daughter and son-in-law came with their new baby, so especially enjoyed the views since beach time was a bit limited. Thanks for a great experienc... read more

We will be back! This was the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is fantastic, the condo is spacious and we were impressed at how quiet it was. The beach access was so easy and the pool was so close. Off the elevator and out to the path. The only issues were that the grills were not working and the internet service was not available, however we were able to connect another way. These were not issues under the control of the owners. Golfer1 We had a great vacation. The condo was absolutely wonderful. It was clean, decorated beautifully, and everything worked. I feel we received exactly what we paid for. The location was also wonderful. I just wish I had played better rounds of golf. :-). Please keep the condo in good shape and we could be back. The listing description location was accurate, the photos did reflect the appearance and amenities, it was clean and well maintained, I would recommend the property.
