Great Place Very lovely home, comfortable and well located.
55+ couple This is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in over our 30 years of visiting HHI. It is beautifully decorated, all the comforts of home, and that VIEW!!! It can't be beat!

Another Great Getaway Excellent trip. Bill and Susan outdid themselves with their attention to detail. This was our second trip to 1 Upwind. What a beautiful, private and spacious home. It suited our large group well with good separation between each bedroom and bath. A canopy of live oaks cover the property. We really enjoyed the pool, spa, and lake views. Great holiday get away We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for new years. The house had a great layout for two families, made up of 4 adults and 5 kids. The owners were extremely helpful throughout and made sure everything was perfect for us. The pool and hot tub were heated just right for a chilly January stay in Hilton Head and Bill was so kind to mail back some items we accidentally left there. The group is already talking about going next year.
Ahhhh comfy beds Beautiful condo, lovely view.. but you can see that from the pictures. What you can't see is it's comfy! great beds, great washer and dryer. That bathtub in the master? Oooh yes, if not for the amazing beach? I think I could have spent the vacation soaking in that huge tub. Great Views Awesome Condo My husband and I really enjoyed our week at Captains Walk. The condo is beautiful, nicely decorated, very clean, and updated with an extremely comfortable bed. There was only the 2 of us but the other bedroom and childs nook looked very nice. I think a child would be very happy there. We enjoyed the proximity to golf (only minutes away), shopping and restaurants. We would recommend this condo and hope to come back again.
Loved Our Week! My husband and I loved the week at "our" condo at Hilton Head! (This was our second year at 477 Captain's Walk.) Since we are not "sun people" we go in the fall, and loved seeing and listening to the surf, walking on the beach, and listening to the surf as we slept in the fabulously comfy bed in the master bedroom. Above & Beyond! Booked this home for five couples attending a wedding on the island. From the get go the owners, Bill & Susan could not have been more responsive and helpful. Throughout the booking process and for my many questions leading up to our arrival, they were prompt, courteous and extremely willing to offer assistance. Great Golf Vacation Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful condo. We were in Hilton Head for a large golf tournament. The layout was great for the two couples and our daughter. The living room furniture, especially, and the beds were very comfy. My daughter did say that one of the beds in the double room had a small dip in it, but it was still very comfortable.
