Beautiful Condo First impression of the condo was WOW!! It is very obvious that the owners wanted an extremely nice vacation condo and spent their time and effort to provide one! Everything is new, the kitchen is very well equipped, bathrooms have been beautifully updated and new very comfortable mattresses! We highly recommend this condo! This condo also offers million dollar view's of the ocean, pool and resort!
1Up Wind, Hilton Head, S.C. Beautiful home!!! Everything is very organized. Owners were amazing, went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. The pool/hot tub was enjoyed by everyone. You have got to stay here, to experience the best vacation ever!! Highly recommend!!😍
Quiet and relaxing vacation We loved our stay at the condo. Great location,plenty of room, and very clean. Fun for the whole family!!!
Refreshing, relaxing and rewarding experience Enjoyed are stay. The description was accurate and the ocean certainly is closer then pictures (a major +). We certainly will remember our stay it was wonderful.
Vacation stay was Very comfortable and fun for family!! We loved the location of the condo, close to the salt water pool which was very nice!! plenty of chairs for everyone. The beach chairs were a nice touch, we did not have to run out and buy them. The interior of the condo was newly updated and tastefully decorated. The grill was nice for stay home meals. We enjoyed going to the Dunes house for drinks and good grilled food right on the beach!!!!
Hot vacation First thing we saw as we entered the condo was all the fingerprints on the sliding glass door that overlooks the ocean. We noticed it was very warm and turned down the thermostat from 75 to 72. We keep our own house set on 78. My daughter got a glass out to pour a drink and noticed the glass was dirty. We then noticed multiple glasses and silverware were very dirty with food still on them. Found a dirty, wet, nasty towel in the kitchen sink along with dirty bathrooms. I want to sincerely apologize for the problems you encountered. In the past, Resort Rentals has done a good job making sure the condo was clean, as evidenced by previous reviews. I have asked them to follow up on the offer of compensation with you. You should not have to be doing dishwashing on arrival! Multi generation vacation House was amazing! The home was clean and very well organized. Something to do for all ages between the pool/spa, the entertainment room with pool table, hammock etc. the dunes buggy provided great free transportation to the beach and surrounding area. recommend using the dunes buggy for the beach, otherwise parking can be a nightmare. Please note that this service is available during the busy late spring, summer and early fall time period only. Also note that additional parking for the Dunes House is available behind the tennis courts and beach parking is also available just inside the South Gate at the Disney parking. area. Clean, nicely updated condo I'm extremely picky about the cleanliness and decor of rentals and this one satisfied on both. Great view! Great location in Palmetto Dunes!
Everything you need and a great location It's a great location very close to the pool and playground for the kids and not too far from the beach. Once we arrive we parked the car and stayed on bikes the entire week. The property is very well appointed. Lots of books and games and very strong Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well outfitted in the grill is very nice.
