Jose was wonderful, but I want able to reboot my solar system after following the listed steps.
I contacted Palmetto Solar to let them know that my system had stopped producing last month and that a technician had replaced my inverter but I could not see any change in production. The Palmetto representative informed me that I needed to send a picture of the qr code to them and they would update their records so that my monitoring dashboard would begin working again. I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews, but I received such great customer service that I wanted to share my experience. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and I never felt pressured or pushed into buying something I didn’t want. I really appreciate that.

If there is any problem or question, they are always available to help! And, they do offer zero percent escalators, in case any sales person tries to tell you differently!
Setting up with Palmetto Solar was incredibly simple. The representative walks you through the process and makes sure that you understand everything as you go. Most importantly, there is NO pressure. Everything is up-front and honest. All questions are answered. If you need more time to read the contract, they back off and give you that time, but stand by to answer any questions. When you are done they schedule your site survey and your Solar process begins!!
We've been informed every step of the way, by email and text messages and phone. Product and installers arrived when we were told it would and installers completed installation in a timely manner. The men who installed the equipment did so in a timely manner and left our property clean and free of any installation materials.
