I will definitely be recommending Palmetto: NO NO NO I'd like to change my 5 stars to 1 star. They knew my situation regarding getting the solar panel credit and they said you will get it anyways. However, I did my taxes this year and my accountant explained to me that I am NOT qualified, Palmetto team lied to me saying I will get the credit, palmetto explained wrong.

I bought solar through Palmetto a little over a year ago. I can tell you it was a huge mistake for us. We were intrigued by the sales pitch of going solar and thought that it would be a good way to reduce some monthly costs and a good long term investment. The first sign I should have known it was a mistake is when the sales pitch didn’t line up with the documents I got after signing off. absolute worst service i have ever encountered. I have warped panels and they want to charge me to come look. they don't stand behind anything obviously. all of their representatives have failed to even get a service visit scheduled. we have a 12.6kw system and I still pay 200 in power plus 300 in solar panel financing every month. we have not added new people or appliances....in fact we have done things to improve energy efficiency. panels are improperly braced and warping on my installation. they took a 5 min look at produ... read more

Needed to Tesla solar panels removed and reinstalled to have new roof put on. Called Palmetto about this since they deal with Tesla. Had to pay half up front and have been waiting over a month to get this done and keep getting excuses why they cannot come.
