Our Palmetto consultation was very informative and the rep Tony explained ALL of the pros and cons of going solar with my wife and I, and we wouldn't have known a lot of info without him because the first two solar companies we met with just tried to get us to buy in 15-20 minutes! Outside factors meant that the investment wouldn't pan out at this time.
We have been waiting since end of December till Now for Job to be completed and STILL WAITING WISH WE NEVER HAD TRIED TO GO SOLAR. ITS BEEN COMPLETE NIGHTMARE Unprofessional and Untrustworthy, Save yourself the headache and stress RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.

The customer service representative did an excellent job of canceling my contract. I was rushed into a contract and immediately regretted it.

They are of no help. It's taken 4 months to figure out how to take care of a solar issue! They don't own my system, someone else does! They lied about everything and I'm taking legal action.

As of now, I have solar panels installed that are not active, and that need to be removed and reinstalled before the town will approve the installation. This will likely cause delays that will cause me to lose the solar tax credit, completely, as a result of Palmetto/PlugPV's incompetence. PlugPV /Palmetto failed to follow the steps in the building permit process.
