Palmetto customer support is very helpful and knowledgeable about their product and billing. A pleasant experience to work with them
I compared with other solar companies, NRG, Sunrun, and some other smaller companies. Palmetto had the best price for purchase and lease option. We did the lease option though full purchase price was really really good. The escalator was only 0.99% increase a year. Compare to 3-5 percent increase in other companies. They were on top of everything, the installation was done in 2 days, we were up and running in no time. Do your research but you will find the same result as I did.
