There was some lag time between instillation and actual production so the first winter my electric company had to charge me more than I was expecting. Since I now have over a year of production my electric bill has maintained a monthly cost of $15. Last spring I had an issue where my app wasn't working and it took several weeks to get that diagnosed and repaired. I continued to produce solar energy but I was unable to monitor it. From about May to November I have no electric bill. Which is amazing. Yes I still have solar panel payments but it is way less than the electric bill. I love the app you can see how many kw s you are making and can compare to day before. By days, weeks and/or months.

The experience that I had with Palmetto was totally professional and they also explained how everything would work how would be installed what benefits I would be getting back from adding the solar panels to the system and what great reductions of savings on my electric bill and how well their financial system helped me out greatly I would recommend to anybody
