Needed to Tesla solar panels removed and reinstalled to have new roof put on. Called Palmetto about this since they deal with Tesla. Had to pay half up front and have been waiting over a month to get this done and keep getting excuses why they cannot come. They also only want to deal with you through email, guess they don’t know how to use a phone. This says tome that they have little respect for their customer. Be smart don’t go solar!
