$8000 more than 2nd highest quote and using less than superior equipment. No thanks Palmetto.

My interaction with personnel was good but to get the news that you had made a mistake on the final figure was a shock. You made the mistake. You should bear the cost.

I was promised a $25 gift card from Amazon to leave 5 stars never received it so I’m changing my review to 1 star

Sales wants your bank information upfront; you will have a fast video chat and then they send a DocuSign link. I was under the understanding my payments were going to be under 150.00 per month. The DocuSign said 173.+ . I called my salesperson Quinn Buss Our World Energy says well you will sell more energy back to electric company to make up for that. We purchased I new build home and it has been 4 months and we still don't have solar hooked up yet. I just don't know why it takes so long. I got a notice from Edison that said we were good to go so I called in and its another month before a tech can come out and turn it on. Also we were NOT given a choice of companies by the builder we only had one choice.

the promises were not kept and the savings arent there; you save on the power company but add the monthly it is really more than you are paying. I had 20 dollar monthly bills but the monthly shoots it all the way out of the park the months in question were around 50 dollars thats only 30 more but again, the monthly shoots it out. There was an incentive at sales time but the company fired all sales force when everthing was installed no loose ends--PRICELESS!

Ben and Justin came to our house set up everything and made lots of promises. The set up process was longer than expected it to. After installation was complete within two weeks. The panel in the side of my house was on fire. They also promised us $1000 rebate check that they never sent and now trying to get a hold of them still inquiring about my thousand dollar rebate check they choose to ignore us be careful with these guys

The installers were excellent and very professional. Initial sales calls were informative and answered our questions. Your texts and emails stated that I would hear from our sales rep within 24 to 48 hours that was Monday the 15th on Friday the 19th I called and it went to voice mail and I have not heard from you. Once you get someone on phone, it is great service, but many challenges to get someone on the phone.
