This was my second time buying a home and Pam and her team made this experience much better than my first. Pam was very helpful with any questions I had. This was a VA loan and I was hoping to get my closing done by 3/1/16. VA loans can sometimes take a bit longer. Pam told me we could close on 2/29/16. Pam was also very informative with the progress of the loan. I knew at all times which step in the process I was at. I would highly recommend Pam and her team!

I was kept up to date on daily progress throughout the process.It was wonderful to know every day of the next step coming, and knowing what had been done. The videos provided were very helpful in understanding each step along the way as well. Everyone was very friendly and prompt in answering questions. It was a pleasurable experience.I have always been told what a "nightmare" buying a house was and I had expected the worst, but that wasn't the case for me, everything went very smooth and peaceful.
She was very patient when we were getting our paperwork together and helpful in figuring out exactly what we needed. She also explained everything clearly and replied to emails quickly.
Pam is an incredible person. I am a first time home buyer and had a million questions. I would email and call her all times of the night and she would immediately respond back and calm me down and answer all my questions. Pam looked for all the grants I could qualify for and always kept me in the loop about what was going on. Best of all she worked through the holidays and got me to close within 30 days so I could be in my home a week before Christmas.
