Ms. Caldwell was patient with me. This was my first home. She explained each step in the process of purchasing a home. When I called she always corresponded with me in a timely manner.
She was quick to react when we needed something, very friendly, helpful with any questions you may have as well. We worked with a number of lenders dealing with other homes and she was by far my favorite.
Working with starkey was wonderful they really want to help you buy a home! They were very easy to get a hold of when i had questions and got everthing handled right and on time! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family for any mortgage needs. Pam was awsome to work with and takes a more personal intrest in helping you then other lenders i have worked with in the past.
