Pamela was absolutley fantastic from start to finish of purchasing our home. She tried very hard to ensure we got the best type of loan for our situation when purchasing our home. Great team to work with. They were always available to answer questions. They walked us through the process and ensured it was as smooth as it can be. They had our loan package ready 3 days before the closing date.

This was my first home purchase and the experience was very pleasant...Pamela held my hand every step of the way...she was very patient with me..it took me a while to find my dream home and she was available every step...her staff is also amazing. She actually referred my realtor and my realtor was wonderful as well...Starkey Mortgage is a great company and Pamela is a saint...Thank you ladies so much...I am loving my new home

I found Pamela to be a very skilled and smart businesswoman. We instantly had a great bond. She tries to always make herself available. Most importantly, she came up with a great program for us that most conventional banks would not be able to accommodate. She was able to close our house in a short time frame. Pamela Caldwell is a very dedicated Branch Manager at Starkey Mortgage. Pamela even worked on the weekends to strive and get everything done for my family in order to get us through the loan approval process so that we could begin building our dream home. Her staff are very knowledgeable and exemplify customer centric business in lending. Their responsiveness and pleasantness is sadly a rarity these days, and so appreciated. Highly recommend.
