Pam and her team at Starkey Mortgage are wonderful! She was always responsive to messages and e-mails, answered my questions knowledgably and quickly, and was quick to put any fears I had to rest. From the initial application for a pre-qualification through the document gathering and application processing, Pam was professional and thorough. I was kept in the loop through every step of the process and could always call or e-mail if I had any concerns. I would recommend Pam to anyone looking to purchase a house!

Pam was incredibly patient and thorough when explaining the house buying process. Anytime I had questions she was quick to respond and very friendly. Her attitude was consistently positive and up-beat even when I asked the same questions multiple times.

She found a way to help us out when they would not. Her entire staff went the extra mile to ensure everything was in place and our closing was easy.
