I am a first time home buyer and Pam made me feel very comfortable and confident despite my lack of knowledge. From the first time I spoke with her she directed me in how to improve my credit score. Pamela is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She did her research as to which loan that would be best for me and my specific situation. This was my first home purchase and everyone at Starkey Mortgage made the whole process a lot less painful than I anticipated it to be. I would definitely use them again for future home purchases or refinancing.

I live approx. 2 hrs. away in another city. Pam was able to help me get a lower % rate by streamlining a current loan I had with another Mortgage company. I was so impressed with Pam because she wasn't pushy and made everything easy for me so that I didn't get stressed out in the process. I was able to close the loan locally.
