Pam truly cares about her clients and made the smoothest process possible! Her expertise and timely responses made the whole process so much less stressful and she was completely accommodating in assuring all our questions and needs were met. Her assistant was super helpful as well in making sure all documentation and paperwork was completed with ease and efficiency and was able to get answers in a timely manner when needed.

Pam and her team at Certainty Home Loans, went above and beyond the call of duty in customer service in prequalification, processing and closing. We had a unique experience in that we made an offer on a home and the day before closing the sale fell through due to the seller. Pam stuck with us through the ordeal and when our dream home became available a few months later Pam and her team were on point in getting us into this house. This is our third home purchase and by far the best experience in the house buying process.
