Pamela was very helpful and able to provide us with the information we needed througout the process of our loan application up to its approval. Did follow us up regularly and frequenly when necessary for the required documents. Always cheerful and bright personality. Pam was very helpful throughout the entire process. Being first time home buyers, Pam was very patient with my wife and I as she educated us on the process. Most notably, Pam and her staff went above and beyond as we had some last minute "fireworks" relating to a job change just weeks before closing. Never the less, Pam and her staff helped us (after business hours) resolve the issue so that we could close on time!! Huge thank you to Pam and her team!

Pamela was professional, courteous, and communicated frequently during the loan application process. She worked diligently to get me the best loan possible. I would recommend her to anyone needing a home financed, especially if you need a USDA, FHA, etc. loan.
