Giving it up 4 my property manager leron manning Clark I haven't meet him directly or even spoken to him, But when I put in an work order he really goes far and beyond the situation so sincerely ty 4 all you do. Not sure if he's the same person that cleans the area but ty sososo much I am absolutely in love with the cleanliness it's very important to me, thanx a billion Mr. Manning Clark and team you rock sir!!!

My 5 stars is ONLY for Fernando in pest control. He is the BEST exterminator ever!!!!! I hate that he was taken from my area. He was very attentive, quick to come out when an order was put in and made sure he got my problem under control even though the tenants beneath me are the problem. He took it upon himself to make sure my entire bldg was treated on multiple occasions after consistently complaining to my Property manager about the problem. I have had a lot of property managers in my time staying in my building …. BUT TAMEIKA HENRY IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST .! She goes over and beyond for her tenants . She personally shows up to situations to help and not just send a team . TAMEIKA communication is top tier, she always hears me out and walked me thru everything when needed . It’s nothing she can’t do in my book . We have our own building superwoman in disguise . I wouldn’t live here any more if she wasn’t the property manager to be honest .

I couldn’t hesitate to not leave a review for my property manager. Ms. T Henry she is the best anybody could ever hope for as a property manager. She handles any issues I’ve had extremely quickly and she is always available. She checks in with my neighbors as well to make sure we are all good. During this time with her as my property manager over two years now I have appreciated every moment of it. If I could give her 10 stars I would keep up the good work Ms.Henry thank you so much for everything you do ! I appreciate it

Salute to my property manager Ms Henry, one thing about her is she always on point and always concerned about tenants in our building.
