Leron has been my building manager for over a year , and he has been nothing short of amazing. He is very responsive and even makes himself available after business hours for emergency situations. He truly advocates for his tenants and I appreciate his dedication to his job.

Leron is my Property Manager,he's Awesome! Whenever I reach out to him with an issue he's Johny on the spot no question asked, he follows up with me regarding the issue after the fact,he makes it his business to satisfy my tenancy Leron Manning Clark is the Best,Hands down!

My property manager is awesome. I can call at whatever time with any questions or concerns and he responds back promptly and professionally. He explains clearly and is just overall great. This was a great experience for the year I lived here. No major problems my PM Leron couldn’t handle.

Leron is my building manager and he is AMAZING! He always goes above and beyond to ensure I receive any assistance required. He makes himself readily available, even after hours. I am currently in the process of renewing my lease with the company and I couldn’t ask for a better building manager.

My previous review was about my experience with Pangea during my tenancy..it seems every time they get a good property manager like Leroy M it doesn't last. Please don't replace him because things are getting accomplished. It also helps that's he is a people person which is what you need in managers

5 stars for my property manager Leron. He genuinely cares for the tenants and has been very understanding of my recent situation. I recently had a emergency maintenance issue on a holiday. I was able to reach out to Leron and he had someone over to my unit within a few hours. He even followed up with me to ensure that the issue had been taken care of. I really appreciate all that he does!

Giving it up 4 my property manager leron manning Clark I haven't meet him directly or even spoken to him, But when I put in an work order he really goes far and beyond the situation so sincerely ty 4 all you do. Not sure if he's the same person that cleans the area but ty sososo much I am absolutely in love with the cleanliness it's very important to me, thanx a billion Mr. Manning Clark and team you rock sir!!!
