I been with Pangea now for 3 years and I’m a proud resident thanks to my Pangea manger tameka she always answers the phone and get back to you in a reasonable amount of time she works with you and very professional. I appreciate her

I been with pangea Almost a year in may! I wanted pangea to know my experience with my property manager Jon! He is absolutely the best very respectful and always answers and take care of any issues! It nothing that he has not fixed if it couldn't happen that day he definitely made sure it was taken care of! Continue the good work Jon by far is the best property manager I ever ever had! Thanks Jon for all you do! I hope pangea is taking great care of you💜💛❤

I want to leave a review specifically for my property manager Jon. He has been super helpful and reply’s back in a timely fashion. Even when I was extremely upset about a pest control issue he still made it a point to be professional and polite and made sure to find out where the issue was coming from and tried to fix it. He has only been with us since January but he is doing a great job considering the mess the previous property managers left him with.

So my relationship with Pangea is a love /hate. My apartment was a rush decision so I knew the flaws I was accepting when I first signed my lease. They had pest problems in my building but eventually after almost idk 6 months of complaining they got rid of any pest. Over all my apartment is decent. They did not provide a lot of help with shoveling the snow this year. And the heat always seems like it’s either turned to low or to high. Hello I been living in my place for about 9 years and I have anew neighbors who harassment me and she only been here a year she just bam on the ceiling,it start in the morning sometime am not in the room and it be at 7am and then again around 6pm or 9pm once she bang on my door like the police this human don't want u to walk or laugh in ur apartment try to talk but she went like a teenager by closing the door she still bang I reported it but she still harassment me bang in the bathroom. Horrible people. They only want to scam you out of the application fee. I’d have more respect for them if they were up front, but the way they handled my situation was very unprofessional. Days after I completed the application and paid the fee, they said they needed a bunch of other forms from me. The woman on the phone kept talking over me like it wasn’t a business call. After I was fed up and ready to get my money back, they had another woman call me and ask me ridiculous questions as she was pretending to “verify” it w... read more

the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a real estate company the worst experience I've ever had dealing with customer service work experience I've ever had dealing with Management on the way down everything they said to me was a stall tactic to keep me from being upset with them or writing a report to the BBB
