Tamika Pangea property manager has been outstanding When you have a problem or a issue she’s goes out her way to fix it. I have lived in my building for a long time and I had other property managers that wasn’t professional or polite. She’s Awesome! Pangea need to recognize her for doing a great job.
My Property Manager John F Has Been Nothing But Great Since I’ve Been In My Apartment! Always Answers And Call Back. Whenever something is going on in the building I’m always notified ahead of time! Very respectful young man
Hi My PM Jon Fuqua is AWESOME!!! Jon is the best in how quickly he responds to my issues & no matter if the issue is big or small makes them a priority to get them taken care of ASAP. Jon is a great asset to the Pangea PM pool. I can only hope my next PM will be as awesome as Jon
My faucet wouldn't stop leaking. I put in a work order. Fernando G came to my apartment in 1hr and fixed it. He was prompt, professional and thorough.
