I Love Pangea I Love Pangea . I Love My Apartment. The service they provide is phenomenal ! The customer service Representatives, Office workers and property managers are all respectful, understanding and very dedicated workers.
I love my apartment I love my apartment. The process was very easy and everyone was very helpful. I was told at first the process would take about 2-3 weeks. I started the process on a Monday and I was approved the following Monday. The were very accommodating with my move in date and time. I would definitely recommend using Pangea
Great place for the kids to be kids Great place for the kids to be kids. I have toddlers so it's very safe and plenty of room for them to run around. Rooms are pretty insulated so it's warm during winter and noise reduction is good. Plenty of windows for ventilation too. We are very comfortable here.
I have not had any issues so far I have not had any issues so far. I have family that are leasing from pangea and haven't had any bad experiences.
New Tenant I honestly don't have much to say since I've only been here 3 days. But my only concerns is the dog poop that I keep seeing around the front of the building. Also I would recommend Pangea to others.
The apartment is nice The apartment is nice. I just had a few lil problems but they are fixed now And my property manager is very deticated.

I love the location of Pangaea… I love the location of Pangaea parkwest, close to so many known groceries and stores. Nice reception from the agents. The environment is cool with good natural air circulation due to the window arrangements. Most times you don't need an A.C. However I think they should work more on upgrading the in house facilities like the W. C and gas stoves etc and more work on roach issues. If this is all set and done, Pangaea parkwest will be desirous estate.
