Second chance I applied to Pangea, when my little brother was with them for 4 years. Having stayed with him for a few months, I love how the apartments were new and painted. My background was spotty a few years before when I applied and got rejected, but I had to try again so I waited for a few years. Eventually i applied this year and I got accepted. I'm so excited to now begin a new chapter in my life. Thank you Pangea for giving me another chance.
Honest opinion I appreciate that someone fixed the leak in my shower. However I wasn’t notified that anyone was coming. I happened to be in the apartment having furniture delivered when the maintenance man came. He was more than nice. Also, I noticed that a couple of things were moved when I had my keys dropped off for my mailbox. I’m a very friendly person, but I don’t like the fact that someone entered my apartment without my permission, while I was at work.

I honestly wish there was more… I honestly wish there was more communication between the property manager and the lessee, overall I love my apartment.

place was clean upon my arrival place was clean upon my arrival! i love it here , great neighborhood. the only thing is that the walls are thin, you hear everything during the day . but over all its very peaceful and its perfect for people who are getting there first apartment.
Great I like Everything about my apartment even though my back door nob did not get fixed it’s still a lovely apartment and clean it’s worth 1075 a month
