Just moved in Just moved in. Processed application and things quickly. Staff has been really friendly so far but a little slow on maintenance requests. Apartment is clean and buildings well-kept.
Clean Clean, Quiet, and paying rent is very convenient.

Wonderful Experience The process of finding an apartment with Pangea was excellent. The staff was dedicated in helping me find an apartment that fit my budget and I appreciate how patient and helpful they were. Once I moved in I had a few issues but the maintenance staff took care of them all within a day of me reporting the issues and I really appreciated that.
So far has been a good first month in… So far has been a good first month in my apartment except for tha email and the letter on my door about 400 dollars that I do not owe I already paid my security deposit bt overall I’m satisfied in my apartment
